Do I have to register in advance or can I just join in?
For some activities, it is useful to register in advance, so that we can keep you informed of any changes. In most cases, however, you can also join spontaneously. Let us know what you prefer! Send us an email: [email protected]
What types of sports do you offer?
On Wednesday evenings, the emphasis of the training is on the middle long distances. During these training sessions, you work on improving your pace, running technique and condition. Characteristic are the interval training sessions, in which intensive parts are alternated with recovery moments, but endurance running and tempo running are also important components.
On Friday evenings, the emphasis is on running technique, explosiveness, stability and strength. This is essential for sprinters and also endurance runners.
Do you also have changing rooms?
There are changing rooms and shower facilities at both locations.
Do you have a beginners group or a "Fun run"?
Athletes are expected to be able to run at least 5 km in a row. In addition to the training sessions on Wednesday and Friday evenings, a "fun run" is often organized in the weekend.
Is there anything else important I should know before I join?
We recommend that you wear comfortable sportswear and shoes suitable for your chosen activity. Let us know if you have any specific needs or questions so we can prepare you properly.
How does membership work if I want to start halfway through the year?
You can join at any time! Depending on the start date, membership fees may be adjusted. Contact us for more information.
Is there paid parking at the locations?
Yes, in Amsterdam you have to pay for parking everywhere. In Amsterdam East, paid parking is until 21:00. The rate is €3.90 per hour. In Amsterdam South, paid parking is until 00:00. The rate is €5.00 per hour.
